Return & Exchange Policy
At Five Feet Fit, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Request Period
Any return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after 48 hours from the delivery time will not be accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A complete unboxing video is compulsory for any return, exchange, damaged item, missing item, incorrect item, or defect claim.
The video must:
* Start before opening the parcel.
* Clearly show the sealed package.
* Show the complete opening process without cuts or edits.
* Clearly display the issue.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Exchange Eligibility
We only accept exchanges in the following cases:
* The item received is damaged.
* The wrong product was delivered.
* The wrong size was sent compared to the order placed.
* The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.
* Manufacturing defects found upon opening.
No Returns for the Following Reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Change of mind.
* Personal preference.
* Incorrect size selected by the customer.
* Slight colour variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
* Minor variations in print placement or fabric texture.
* Delayed delivery caused by courier services.
* Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
* Products without original tags or packaging.
Exchange Process
If the exchange request is approved, the customer must return the item in its original condition with tags attached.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by Five Feet Fit.
