What are my UK delivery options?
Standard UK delivery is £4.99 on orders under £50. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Express delivery is available for £6.99 where shown at checkout.
When will my UK order arrive?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Estimated delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout.
Where is my parcel?
We’ll email your tracking information once your parcel leaves us. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow its journey.

When will my India order arrive?
Estimated delivery times will depend on your delivery location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been handed to the courier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occasionally happen. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, check the tracking first and contact us if you still need help.
What if my parcel is returned to F3?
If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or another delivery issue, please contact us. Additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel needs to be sent again.
